I see clients both in-person and online. My office is in West Bloomfield, Michigan. For some, in-person therapy is preferred. In our initial conversation to see if we are a good fit, we can determine if in-person or online therapy is right for you.
If we work together virtually, our sessions will take place online via a 100% private, HIPAA compliant video platform. Meeting online gives us the flexibility and freedom to work together from the comfort of our own spaces.

I am not in-network with any insurance companies. At your request I will offer a receipt of services (called a “superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance for full or partial reimbursement. Be sure to check in with them regarding your out-of-network benefits if you plan to go this route so that you can know what to expect upfront.

In the beginning, we will meet weekly in order to establish our relationship and the groundwork for treatment, and then reassess as we go. Sometimes clients will drop down to less frequent check-ins — whatever is needed in order to maintain the support that is best for them.

Book your free consultation and ask all the questions you would like! During the call, I will also be asking you some questions about your experiences, and if we feel like we may be a good fit, we’ll go ahead and schedule our first session.
Finding a therapist you can trust and feel comfortable with is SO important to the progression of therapy, so if for any reason we decide we aren’t a good fit -or that someone else may be an even better fit- I’m always happy to connect you with one of my colleagues.
