Individual therapy

I work with clients to establish a safe and collaborative relationship that allows us to explore what you most want for yourself and how we can help you get there. My therapeutic approach is to have you being kind, honoring, and respectful to yourself, while looking at the obstacles that get in the way.


WELLNESS coaching

An approach that integrates physical and mental health together as one.

My experience and training as a therapist, yoga teacher, personal trainer and performance coach allows me to help my clients by using these different modalities.  This is an experiential process of wellness coaching that provides my clients the ability to access a greater connection between mind and body through physical and mental challenges.


Experiential Intensives

This is an extended mind-body experience. Think of it as a mini-retreat. Experiential intensives consists of utilizing a variety of different therapeutic modalities. Exercise, nature, art, fitness, yoga are some of my favorite resources to use.
